How To Pay

Dr. Loretta™ Skincare accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards with US billing addresses. You will be prompted to enter payment information at the last step of checkout. Credit card information entered in the site is secure and safe. All orders placed on this website are encrypted, thereby protecting any credit card information that is submitted at the time of the order.

Sales Tax

You are responsible for the payment of any state and local sales or use taxes that may apply to your order. The sales tax is calculated based on the full invoice price, and may include charges for shipping and handling if required by law. By law, Dr. Loretta™ Skincare must collect sales tax for orders SHIPPED to the state of Florida

Ordering from outside the US

If you would like to order from outside the contiguous US including Alaska and Hawaii, please call +1 954-316-7212. Dr. Loretta™ Skincare currently does not offer online ordering outside the US.


Shipping Methods and Rates

Upon receipt of payment items will be shipped via FedEx Ground transportation to most locations. While Dr. Loretta™ Skincare will make every reasonable effort to ship your orders as soon as payment is received, Dr. Loretta™ Skincare is not responsible or liable for any delay in receiving or completing your order that is caused by an event beyond Dr. Loretta™ Skincare's reasonable control. Such events may include, but are not limited to, fire, flood, accident, strike, riot, civil commotion, act of God, war or other hostilities, acts or omissions of carriers, transmitters, phone companies, Internet Service Providers or Internet backbone providers or a failure, interruption or delay of the server or this site caused by an event outside the direct control of Dr. Loretta™ Skincare, including without limitation, power outages or attacks on this site such as by persons known as "hackers"

Due to the increase in residential package theft, a signature will be required on all package deliveries for orders over $100. This precaution is to protect your purchases and ensure timely delivery of your packages.

Drloretta.com ships to all 48 contiguous U.S. States. Deliveries are scheduled from Monday-Friday (no delivery service on Saturday or Sunday). Please allow 1-3 days for order processing and 48 hours for shipping. At this time, drloretta.com does not ship to U.S. Territories or to international addresses.

Shipping Confirmation

After your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information so that you may check status of the order at your convenience.

Shipping Charges

Dr. Loretta™ Skincare has a flat rate shipping fee of $5.95 for all orders. S&H charges along with any charged Freight are non-refundable in occurrences where Dr. Loretta™ Skincare has made no error in merchandizing or shipping.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number for your order. Please allow approximately 3-5 days for the processing and shipping of all orders. If you have questions about shipping or tracking your order, Customer Service Specialists are available to assist you Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm EST at 1-877-768-4050.

Returns and Exchanges

Dr. Loretta™ Skincare stands behind its products and will issue a refund, replacement or credit if you are not satisfied with your purchase and notify us within 14 days of receipt of product. A Restocking Charge of 20% will apply to all items returned where Dr. Loretta™ Skincare has made no error in merchandizing or shipping. Refunds will be made by original method of payment. All returns must arrive in its original packaging and all freight charges for the return of goods are to be paid by the customer. Please call 1-877-768-4050 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) before returning any product. Dr. Loretta™ Skincare will not credit the return of merchandise returned without a return authorization number.  Dr. Loretta™ Skincare may at any time limit the number of delivery attempts based on unfavorable delivery history resulting from, but not limited to, damage, loss, or theft.  

Problems with an Order

To maximize order accuracy, all items are scanned before shipping. If you experience a discrepancy with your order shipment, please notify Dr. Loretta™ Skincare within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of your shipment. Resolution of error or discrepancy notification, including but not limited to missing product, incorrect product, or damaged product received after the fourteen (14) day period will be at the discretion of management. Please feel free to contact us directly by email or call 1-877-768-4050 to speak with a Customer Service Specialist Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm EST.

Mistaken and Damaged Shipments

Dr. Loretta™ Skincare will replace the order and refund any applicable shipping costs if we made an error with your order. Please note any obvious damage or shortage while applying your signature at the time of delivery and make all claims for replacement or credit within 14 days of delivery.

To return any mistaken or damaged item, please call 1-877-768-4050 to obtain a Returned Authorization (RA). For damaged orders, keep the original box and all packaging materials for possible inspection by the carrier and/or return to Dr. Loretta™ Skincare. Dr. Loretta™ Skincare may at any time limit the number of delivery attempts based on unfavorable delivery history resulting from, but not limited to, damage, loss, or theft.
